How long will it take before my preorder ships out?

Our preorder turnaround time is about 3-4 weeks. 

If I preorder pins with in stock pins, when will my order ship?

Your order will ship out as soon as all the items you’ve ordered are in stock. If you need your in stock pins sooner, please make sure you place two different orders.

If my order hasn’t been shipped out yet, can I add to it ?

Yes, I will happily add other pins to your with no additional shipping charge. Please just send me an email at [email protected] and we will go from there.

Am I able to return my order?

At this current time, Accio Stitchery does not offer returns or exchanges. If you have any questions before you place an order, please feel free to reach out to me. If you have any issues or questions after your order had been placed , please reach out to me.
